About Rodney

As a former member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society at Homewood-Flossmoor Community

High School, Rodney developed a passion for playing music that has stayed with him throughout his career.

After graduating from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Rodney continued to pursue his love of music by performing with local community bands and participating in a variety of musical theater productions.

He has been fortunate to have some incredible experiences in his career, such as marching at Soldier Field and touring in Spain and France. Rodney's dedication to his craft is evident in the countless performances he gives each year, with over 30 appearances on his calendar performing with the Joliet American Legion Band, the Joliet Symphony Orchestra, and the Joliet Junior College Community Band and Percussion Ensemble.
